So has anyone bought points from the xbox store and had a zero balance on the Frontier store afterwards? I bought the 500 pack for 7.99 and the 300 pack for 4.99.

This can happen if our Store has trouble connecting to Xbox Live, is there a yellow warning triangle next to the Frontier Points balance ? Hard resetting your console by holding the power button for 10seconds can help clear this issue. You won't have lost your Frontier Points as they will remain in your Xbox Live account until they appear in our Store.

I'm very happy to report that I'm no longer seeing the "The person who bought this game needs to sign in" error message!
I got an update for Elite Dangerous, 140mb or so. After it installed I tried to launch the game, and it brought up another update screen, but it failed to load the update from Xbox Live. I started fearing for the worst, so I closed out and opened a different application. I closed out of that and tried again. Elite launched like normal, and NO MORE ERROR MESSAGE!!! I'M PLAYING THE GAME RIGHT NOW!!!

Hey Gary, just tried a hard restart this morning and it didn't work. There is also no yellow indicator near my balance on the Frontier store

when is the Private Groups feature kicking in?
last night when in a trade wing i fell foul of some very poor and inconsiderate piloting by other players
also due to being lazy i use a docking comp and i find when in Open play i am sat in a queue for ages, having have to head in manually... is this a glitch?

Private Groups are coming in 1.6.
The waiting in the queue is normally when you are in a busy system with a lot of NPC traffic. The docking computer will put you in line behind the last NPC. Easiest thing to do is to fly into the base then throttle down for the docking computer to take over. If you wait, you can end up timing out sometimes, then you request docking again and get put in the back of the line once again.
Note to self: Always check the original post date before you begin to squeal like a happy pig in poop. It might be a thread you've already seen, and then you'll have to pretend in front of your wife that you're stifling a particularly bad sneeze.
So I was cruising along in whatever system I was in, headed towards a conflict zone. The waypoint was behind a planet so I was closely skirting by it. Suddenly the side HUD appears and I was like "huh?" Then: "orbital cruise initiated" ...
!!!
Then I smashed out of supercruise for being to close to the planet.

It's been there since Horizons released on PC. Part of the 1.5 update.
Many people, including myself needed a new pair of pants upon first running into it. Then some grief counseling shortly after realizing it actually doesn't do anything yet.
