How do I look up the systems I discovered ? Is there a filter or something.

there is no easy way to do this unless you have screenshotted every single one of them or memorised all of them

I discovered a whole lot when I went exploring but only took a picture on my phone of one of them. So there's a bunch of places floating around with my name attached to them. There's no way of knowing which ones have your name unless you come across them again and see your GT, or if you keep track of them on your own.
if you have access to hi technology then as you get to a system you wish to check up at a latter date, apply the app called a pen and note pad. some cmdrs find this app confusing and use the note functions on their phones as they go.
If you happen to have a window10 ultrabook or laptop or tablet, you can make a screenshot with it.. they wont go to waste after serveral months unlike if you do it on your xbox it self.
Screenshots taken form the XboxApp will store on your own HDD..

You can save Xbox captures on the Xbox hard drive from within the Xbox DVR app also.
