I was going to Naraka to find all my food, (Didn't buy certain types of food though, since Tun sells stuff like Algae and Grain) and would occasionally head to Moros for Progenitor cells. (Moros also stocks every other med type, and synthetic meat, but it's 200,000ls away from the star, so I usually head to one of the nearby hightech systems for meds. There were a lot of people at Tun, and the two B systems, (Bhogeta/Bonitou) were sucked dry of meds and food.

Don't know if can buy a corvette or not though as don't think I've even seen one in a shipyard I've been into.
17 Draconis is one that I know of for Fed, outpost only but has a good bit of charity missions from time to time.
