It is abit irritating that the station you have to turn your combat bonds in at is a frickin outpost. I've been forced to jump to LTT 377 where there is a coriolis station to swap out my corvette for a smaller ship so ican turn them in. It's also a high-tech port, so if anybody needs to re-configure your ship its a good spot. Only 2 jumps from neits.
Yes! I've also been going to the Lorden system two jumps over and docking at Roentgen Horizons, which is also a High Tech, and has been allowing me to tinker with the build and weapons loadout on my Vulture as I go. Now running a Large Beam and a Large Burst, as I don't seem to have the power for anything else!
Vulture can run a full A rated beast with dual plasmas, so what you talking about? Bi-weave Shields mind you.
No canopy... docking request denied. This CG sucks so I don't know why I'm even participating.
Just discovered that there are 2 stations with 2 missions, one for feds and one for imperials an you must sign up an hand in bonds to the appropriate one. Nowhere did the description make this clear!
Waste of time.
And yes, a rant is much needed!
You've ended up in the Xbox forum, we have no launcher with the information you mention, the in game galnet has no such information. The GalNet headlines as shown on the Elite: Dangerous Splash screen (as you load the game) makes it perfectly clear. There are two headlines:
1: "The Federal Battle For Neits: Watson Settlement, Neits System - Hand in Combat Bonds to Watson Settlement in the Neits System to help the Federation take control of the system."
2: "The Imperial Battle For Neits: Still Hanger, Neits System - Hand in Combat Bonds to Still Hanger in the Neits System to help the Empire take control of the system."
Both of those are verbatim. I don't understand what is confusing about it. I've only been playing for about 3 months and there is much I don't yet understand in this game, but I had zero problems with this.
