Concerted Effort to get FD to fix the transition flickering?

I submitted a bug report as well. i would also recommend that everyone here also submits an actual support ticket on the actual Frontier support website, since this is not just a beta issue
 
The hyperspace glitch was suppose to be fixed in 2.1. At least it was suppose to since it was stated as "hyperspace transition fixed" on the patch release notes.

I was looking forward to that.
Maybe they meant to fix it by the official 2.1 release and not the beta 2.1?!
 
Nope, they just said they made some general improvements to transitions to smooth them out, so there wasn't points where you'd stop moving, hop back, little frame judders and such like that. Just general tweaking. They somehow neglected to miss the fact that the camera randomly spazzes out every single time you enter or exit
 
Good initiative - long standing bugbear. I guess we get a glimpse of the space... err... space with the camera coordinates used in the effect tunnel overlay, or something...
 
Well its about time this issue got resolved - lets create a new one and keep doing so until the issue is resolved. FDEV should not be closing unresolved bug reports.

Why can't there be a proper bug tracking system? Its utterly ridiculous that we have to continue posting this over and over again with each release and suffer them being deleted, ignored and then this... a request for a DXDiag! Seriously?

Ha - I know, I guess its standard procedure for them. Disappointing all the same. I have offered to submit the DXDiag if its the only thing that will keep the bug report alive, I hope they have more sense and see its unessessary.

I've chased this up with the people working on the fix.

I've just heard that the fix priority for this has been moved up.
