Might the community remind you of the thousands and thousands and thousands of hours when the barnies were "supposed" to be released, but it was ah... what.. underground?

I am all for giving beta test a break, I was in it. Grind requirements were changed to Fish, so grind requirements were not tested so the game could be released.

It was released too early.

There is a lotta little stuff to fix, so be it, but dude, -1 rep to you, you don't know.

Are you unable to read? who said i wanted it done in a day.
If i unlock an entry invite to an engineer i dont expect to grind again just for the privilege of talking to her. I'm fully prepared to do the grind to get the materials i need

Maybe you've had too much coffee. ask your barrista to tone it down

Dude, your exact words... Anyway, not a fruitful discussion and I understand what you mean.

Hopefully the barnacle pods will be fixed soon, gonna try to find some myself when I log on.

My original complaint was about changing the way meta alloys is found without any warning. Then i got sidetracked by the realisation that it's just another grind wall posing as "content"

Anyway good luck, i'm giving up on meta alloys and other rare goods until they fixed the bugs

Merope 5C

The planets were mainly metal rich from what I remember but surely you can figure that out yourself from the list.

Sadly this. Missions need to give more of a steer to players. Having to come out the game to find out what I'm supposed to do is a clear indication that the in-game information is inadequate

Well are the barnacles broken or not? Has there been any official statement?
I read that even the ones not depleted are giving out a bunch of stuff but the needed alloys.

ED isn't a game on rails and I don't think its that unreasonable not to be instantly gratified. I wouldn't focus solely upon the end goal, enjoy the journey bro ;)

On the topic of barnacles...

What has FD said about this issue?

I just wanted to chime in and say something on behalf of the Xbox community.

When they get Horizons on June 3rd, they seem to be in a predicament at present. Sure, us PC guys had a chance to stockpile meta alloys prior 2.1, but the Xbox guys never had that chance.

How is this fair to them?
