Engineers How to get the reward from a mission contract?

I completed a mission contract from someone, and the mission update says to go to the following starport like in the picture below:

However upon checking the Mission Board on Hasse Point, I cannot see any mention of this mission contract, so I cannot get the reward. Am I missing anything?

There is no "Hand in Mission" on each contact. I checked each one on the mission panel but there's none. Looks like none of them would give my reward :(

Hi, I'm also having problems with a mission. I took on a mission to deliver cargo to a space port. In orbit I got an update to take it somewhere else. On arrival there doesn't seem to be anything in the Missions board that matches what I am carrying or that seems to accept the cargo. Is there some obvious button somewhere that I just havn't spotted?

I had the same thing happen with an assassination mission. I got the mission update telling me to collect my reward but when I got back to the station there was no mention of it. I left it for a while and took some more missions and about an hour later the reward finally showed up.

I had that when one of the mission rewards was cargo ( 4 Modular Terminals) but I had not enough cargo space. After swapping my advanced scanner for cargo, I was able the get my reward. Sadly I lost these later when I was killed ...

I had exactly this problem earlier, and just as PanTast said, it was because the mission reward included cargo and I had insufficient space to claim it. Try emptying some of your cargo and then see if the mission claim option appears. This seems very confusing to me, hopefully they will improve it in a future patch.

My first issue is still not solved. I tried waiting a few hours, and even changed the ship into a medium one, but the reward from mission contract on Hasse Point is still missing.

It was mentioned earlier in the topic, but does this mission reward you with comodities/materials, and if yes, do you have enough cargo space/material storage space?

The reward is just credits, no extra cargo or anything. Both my cutter and asp has a 50+ spare cargo space while attempting to check the mission reward.

Edit: actually now I wonder if reputation has an effect, meaning the reward will show once I have my rep improved. Hmm.
