Engineers Triton is off limits?

Hi everyone, so I am currently flying around SOL and saw Triton (Ice Planet) has a red ring around it instead of the typical blue meaning land-able. I flew over there to see what happens but after entering orbital cruise it pulled me out of SC with a message saying "This world is currently off limits to visitors". What? Who can shed some light on what this means in this system? Is it currently being quarantined or preserved or something?

Edit: Is this some Permit requirement?

What is aggravating is that a lot of people have speculated this is being saved for some future release. Given that this post is 5 years old. We see that if they do have plans it takes half a decade for them to implement anything.
Like my god are they lazy. 2021 and it’s still locked.

Digging up a 5+ year old thread to do it is a bit wierd to be frank.
