Engineers Interdiction not fair

How come that if I win an interdiction with my Python I have to wait for my ship stops spinning (about ten seconds, most of the times) but every NPC who successfully interdict me opens fire immediately? I've never seen any of them in that state...[hotas]

Hit 'boost', that stops the spinning.

But yes the spinning is excessive when you win an interdiction.

Yes, it does. But NPC does not submit.
