Horizons No Mission Board at Nordenskiold Landing - Bug???

Is this a bug?

I accepted a Boom Data Delivery to Nordenskiold Landing in the Ngaliba system, but when I docked in the station, there was no Mission Board at all. I had to abandon the delivery, fortunately I did not get a fine this time.

Has any other commander come across this?

I am having the same exact problem now. I even was offered a bonus for getting there quickly, which I did with over 10 minutes to spare but had no way to actually deliver the data. What??? So frustrating.

I seem to recall seeing something about it being in lockdown. I literally just started playing over the weekend so I don't really know what that means.

Seems a little different. It looks like with that bug you were seeing a mission board with no missions on it. In this case there isn't even a mission board option at the station.

Ah yes, sorry, ignore my last post... AFAIK, mission boards may not appear if the station is suffering from that technological plague. But I guess that's a special case.
