Engineers A couple of questions on engineers

Hey all

I've been eagerly awaiting the arrival of engineers and its finally here! I've only just got started but gota say it's brilliant!

Missions -Way more interesting and pay better!
Surface missions - Not yet tried but hopeful...
Combat - Amazing! It's really difficult, I nearly got taken down in my ASP by a wing of 2 elite sidewinders! It's really renewed the sense of dangerous in Elite!

Exploration I've not tried yet, tbh I found it boring driving around in my SRV after a while. I so hope that engineers has added more content here. Are there more things to discover like artifacts, ancient temples anything really so it's not so empty? It is the unexplored after all and so there should something out there.

The other question was about the engineer that wants 100000 in bounties. Does it matter where or who the bounties are from (Fed,Emp,Alliance)?

dude just wants bounties --- no need to worry where they are from.
I just went to him and hit donate and it took 100k from my schlep faction list.

A #1, no ancient temples, some cool new ship wrecks though.

A #2 Alliance Bounties..

Arjin are you sure about the alliance stuff because I don't think I had any alliance bounties when I turned them in... in fact I can't remember the last time I have been in Alliance space.

Yea or local to the system, when I turned mine in I had bounties from all major factions, and the only one that was removed was Alliance..

Edit.. also dont need to be in Alliance space to get bounties for them, just using the kill warrant scanner will get it..

For the initial introduction it didn't matter at all. I had maybe 30K alliance bounties, and then a couple hundred K in Fed and Empire. He did take all the alliance ones and then the balance from Fed IIRC.

They need to make this a permanent option. Even if you only got a partial payment out of it, it would be great to have an ongoing way to clear out your piddly "i don't feel like traveling all the way back there to collect a 2k bounty" list.

I couldn't agree more, it's why I don't carry a KWS
