Engineers Any Engineers in Imperial Space?

Hey guys, I am currently hanging around Empire space, and I've been searching online but had no luck. I have gotten some Engineer invitations, but they are all "All the way over there". Anyone knows of any Engineers in Empire space?

I am looking to mod my combat ship, specifically shields and thrusters.

Zacariah Nem in Yoru system require Outsider military rank with the Empire. Only problem is that you get the invite for him From Elvira when you have Rank 3 with her. That is only known one i think, at least only i know.

Thanks! Hmm, I might have to make my way to Elvira with my measly 12LY jump range. Haha. Can she modify thrusters as well as FSD?

Didn't know that one, thanks. (I have the military rank, but haven't done much crafting...so I'm still level 1 with Elvira)

What does this guy specialize in?
