There is only a limited supply usually 3-4 at a time, if they are not showing up, try logging out/switching modes and coming back.

Are you sure it is per person and not per ship? Cause if it is per person it really sucks... [sad] [sour]
When I went there I was able to buy 8. Came back a bit later and was offered another 3.
After I loaded them off and derped around an hour or two I glanced at my cargo bay and saw the 8 remaining relics waying at me and was all like "oh yeah" :x
Sold them then for something like 22k each xD
Guess RNG blessed me there to have an excuse to deny me goddamn Tin...
Edit: I was wondering though, is there ANY ingame hint at all as to where you would have to get these relics from? I just went to Soontill when I saw that Elv wants some because I was naive and expected them to be there, so is there anything that actually points at the system you're supposed to buy them or are we really expected to google this?
