Engineers Retro engeneers access?

I thought that if you had alredy met the requirments for an invite for an engeneer you would receve the invite on relise of the update. Im prety shure in one of the live streams sandro said so.

So why have i only recived the standard ones? I have been to sagA but palin doesnt want to know me?

You will get a contact from Engineers you know (and have at least rank 3 with them)

Exploration distance is not the only requisite for Professor Palin. As with most of the engineers you'll get an "introduction" through another engineer (i.e. gaining some progress with them first)
