Jaques Station in Beagle Point. Is it really a good idea?

I'll be hanging about until Sunday. Thought I'd do a bit more prospecting in the system while I'm there. I now have enough components for 20 basic jump boosts, but you can never have enough.

I've got enough for 25 of all 3, but I think I'm just being greedy.

reminder to self - amend my Jumponium calculator to reflect changes in mats categories and increased mats storage capacity....
600 units!!!! that's some serious jump range we can now carry..

I noticed it the evening I reached Beagle Point and realised I was down to 1 basic jump boost and started hunting for mats so I could eventually leave again. That was about 2 hours after panicking because I couldn't find the Beagle Point system on the map any more. I eventually realised its name had been changed to Beagle Point with the Engineers patch .

My guess for today has been :
Xbox update
server update for Xbox
Engineers update(to fix bugs)
server update for engineers(might include Jaques, or not)

Perhaps they wouldn't mention it anyway I hope that when Alien races appear, they just don't mention it and let us run into them ourselves.

However, lets see what happens after the patch. Maybe he'll appear... maybe not.

I think this has already been covered. You respawn at the station nearest to where he was or at the station before you were at jaques

Personally I am disappointed as I could have spent the last week BBing myself back to support SEPP, so I will do the DWE closing ceremony and if no Jaques by then I will move on
