Patch notes always take a while to arrive.. you have an hour of game play to fill the time
I wasn't exactly expecting to use the patch notes as a mechanism to fill the time. I was told to go look. My time was wasted. Again.Patch notes always take a while to arrive.. you have an hour of game play to fill the time
It says this even when there are no patch notes.

Sorry not really seeing the problem.. you wasted time looking for patch notes you didn't want to read.. then wasted more creating a thread about it (?)

Actually fair is fair, the Warning which is counting down states 'Go to the forums for more information' there is no information here.. so we have servers coming down bang in the middle of prime time Australia, morning UK.. people want to know why, only the information your told to go find isn't here.
Communication, you don't tell people go look here.. if the information isn't there for them to look at.
And it's not a patience thing they had to trigger the server shut down warning.. they could have posted then done the trigger.

It's not "bang" servers are down. They told you 60 minutes in advance and it took them 10 minutes to post the patch notes. Drama!!!
I especially love when the people responsible for monitoring poor behavior, get snarky. We are customers or a service, and we have the right to express displeasure with our service.
And they are voluntary moderators. And you are not a customer, you are a CONSUMER, which is a very big difference in terms of service.
"Servers will be going down in 60 minutes, please see our forums for details" means in 60 minutes we'll apply an update and details are or will be on the forums. It doesn't mean 'you must go look right now'. It's a kind reminder so you can go to a safe place and save your game. No one made you leave your game and go on the forums.
Some forum members really confuse me. Do they wait around for just anything to come up so they can start a thread complaining?
I'll try doing this too one of theses days, I guess there's a hidden pleasure in doing so.

mkay. Could have kept palying till the servers are down, then the patchnotes are there for sure. Not sure whats the problem.
