First Fleet in Vaka was in Civil Unrest yesterday, I don't know if it still is.

PS: That guy looks too much like Robert Patrick.

Civil unrest specifically, it causes certain drops to happen farm more frequently in USS.

Which kind of drop, if it is firmwares then you'll be in luck I've been getting a lot in USSes in Vaka lately.

Liabeze Legal Organisation are currently in Civil Unrest. Last time I was there anyway.

EDIT: Blast! They've been in Unrest all day! State is apparently "None" now.
