First you need to hand in meta alloys. Then once you do log out and log back in. This forces an update. Then UC will be available.

That's what happened with me. Didn't realize had to log in/out or leave base / reland after unlocking her.
After that, got the UC and turned in ~3 pages of exploration data which got me to around mid rank 3 with her. Off top of my head, think it was about bit over 1M in explore credit but far less than anything significantly close to 1.5M.
its around 250k-300k for grade 3 unlock
Danielle's something something in Maia sold them. Though I'm not sure if it still does.
That wasn't my xp with her. Sold 3 pages few days ago, first one alone was positively 500k+, about same for second page, not sure about third so estimated at least 1.2M, maybe 1.5M I sold her.
had no rank other than initial level 1 unlock, after selling all pages I was about halfway into 3rd level.

Darnielles Progress, and was there 2 nights ago when I went to get one.
Well, exploration cgs only look at the number of objects sold, not at their value. Maybe engineers work after the same principle?

Danielles Progress sell them not many mind about 6 at a time, However make a note they are not cheap 100k think i paid a few days back so I bought 3x but you will lose credits selling them in the bubble ....a lot of credits, so please be aware...
