T6... T7... T9.... Hey, wait a minute!

What ever happened to the T8?
Was it Lakon's version of Windows 9? :D

They decided it sucked, so they added more to it and made it T9 instead? Heheh!

It's an old one but I still like it...

Best Answer I read on this forum ----- They had a German guy as head of the ship design team, when asked if they should start work on the type 8 he said 'nein' so they did that one instead

Cobra MK II never made it to commercial shipyards either and there's only 1 of them in some dusty museum in Lave. Some designs just end being too much of a trouble to fix them that it's better off scrapping them altogether and moving on.

Keelback.

"We here at Lakon disavow any knowledge of a so called "Keelback". It was a joke or one of our salesman. He had a rough year, so we gave him this to sell to as a gag. As revenge, he put it up for sale with that name.

We are truly sorry to those that purchased it, but he is our top salesman for a reason. The rotating engines were his idea".

Sorry, 777, that's doesn't make any sense. 'Should we work on the T-8?' - 'No' - So they did a T-9 instead? That's a logical conclusion given the conversation.

*Disclaimer* I do understand the joke.
