Weekly server maint - Just maintenance, or will we see any tweaks?

Clearly the servers are down, that's fine.
Couldn't see any notices about planned changes. Anyone know if it's just "maintenance", or might include any tweaks, bug fixes or enhancements?

Wow is on a major update this morning, The Division is on weekly maintainance, and Elite is also on weekly maintainance. Latest grassy knoll conspiracy theory, game makers dont want us to play on Thursday mornings.

I have to wonder at what point the cable density causes so many heat problems that the entire things becomes unworkable, never mind the obvious issues with finding the right cable.
