Yep as you can see:
Also another curious thing about the arrow, is that a lot of the stars in the arrow are from the Greek mythology.
I.E.:
Merope
Maia
Asterope
Atlas
Celaeno
Pleione

Or another possibility is maybe Fdev is trying to nudge us in the right direction and say "No-there's nothing in this area you need to look elsewhere" (Although this idea seems a bit far-fetched and counter-intuitive)

Those are all real stars with properties in game that closely match what we observe from the earth. This arrow theory is only possible if Frontier have somehow traveled some billion years back in time and moved those stars around in the real universe.

What are the significance of AI Relics?

In Maia, I stopped on a level 3 threat USS and found 1 sitting there. Then 2 ships appeared and attacked me. I didnt take the time to try and scoop it up cause they were immediately on my tail. So I boosted out with 60% hull.

EDIT: Also it seems to me that these new ai are using fixed weapons more and more and the Chaff launchers are becoming useless imo.

Sorry couldn't resist. If you want someone to come and tell you what an Unknown Probe is, it's not going to happen. If you want them to tell you where you're going to find one, it's not going to happen.

not asking for them to tell us stuff like that. Just something so were not as clueless as we are now.

MB in the past has helped us out with basic questions of this nature.

There are still things to be tested and looked for.

Michael Brooks said the Nebulae where barnacles are found relate to the origin of these things.
We still havent quite figure out the meaning of the symbol found on them but most do agree it represents a nebula or group of nebulae.

We still havent found out whether there is or is not another bubble of UAs to be discovered. <---- I am looking for this. Who else is?

Actually I should maybe list all I saw within a few minutes:

Carbon, Nickel, Zink,Niobium, Sulfur, Manganese, Phosphorus, Iron, Tin, Germanium

Probably some very rare that i didnt find :/

That's handy, I need tin too. There will be very rare too. They just don't come up very often.

Looking right now dude. have been on and off for 6 months just started again after a break.

imo the searching on planets for these things is pretty hard. I would expect my ship to be able to pick things up if flying at a certain altitude. Why does the buggy have a better scanning equipment? doesnt make much sense to me. I think the game needs more tools for finding things on a planet. It doesnt have to be overpowered but at least a little bit more than what we get now. Now is pretty terrible technology if you ask me. If anything at least let those hand placed POI appear on our blue like all the other POIs

'Why does the buggy have better scanning equipment?'... If it didn't you wouldn't use the buggy, you would use the ship; rendering the entire land vehicle gameplay mechanic redundant.

I think there are better ways of getting us to use the buggys than by putting an op scanner on them. But I digress sorry.
I think it would be fine the way it is now if only the hand placed POIs also showed up as a blue circle like all other POIs but apparently they dont and you have to look through a planet sized celestial object by eye. It could be better just saying. Either way I am still looking because this game is more of an immersive experience than an actual game if you ask me. Which is what attracts me to it.

So this just happened when I depoyed my SRV to investigate an area in Barnard's Loop. :(.
