Horizons Bounty gained on planet.

Ok I don't know where to post that but have small problem .
I had mission to destroy 3 wanted simmers in Teleut system , Rucker landing .
I have scanned the skimmers , got message Mission objective , but when I shot them down I gain bounty in Teleut Defence Force
The thing is , am only wanted 300 km from that area , if I go away from it I am not wanted any more , not even in the system .
I like to keep my record clean , and don't want to have any garbage in my transactions.

Now I did try get rid of the bounty , but there is nothing where I can do that , get scanned and killed ,
I need clear answer .
What will happen when the time expire ? How to get rid of it ?
There is nothing on that station , just 3 simmers and 2 turrets .
Will that bounty despair from my transaction list or go dormant ?
Like I said , I don't want to have any bounty or garbage in my transactions , not even dormant .

Please help

When the bounty expires (if it's only 300 credits it probably already has - normally they last about 7 minutes) it will become a legacy fine. You will need to go to a station within that system where Teleut Defense Force are / have a presence, and you should be able to pay off the legacy fine through the contacts option in starport services.

When you scan them and they come up clean, you're going to become wanted if you shoot them. Shame on you for killing innocent skimmers that were just trying to do their job. I hope you can sleep at night and that you enjoy spending the dirty money.

I do scan first be for shooting , learned that hard way by losing ships in high RES .
I was not suppose be getting bounty for that , The skimmers where mission objectives , and I deferentially scanned them with SRV , be for shooting them down .

As I said , they where mission objective !
Despite that I scanned them and got confirmation they mission objective , I still got bounty on me !
The where only three skimmers , and all had to be destroyed .
That is what the mission said .

Some missions have you do illegal stuff and you will get wanted as a result. Unless the skimmers were marked as wanted, mission objective or not, you will get a bounty. Unfortunately most missions don't explicitly tell you that what you are going to do is illegal, you have to kind of work it out yourself, and only take missions that you know won't (if you don't like being wanted).

As I pointed out above, it's not really a big deal, and you are probably no longer wanted anyway. Legacy fines never revert to bounties, but you can still pay them off if you wish. And bear in mind, bounties are faction / system specific, so even if you are wanted in one system, you are (generally) clean everywhere else.
