dropping: too close

instead "dropping drom orbital cruise" on a landfall planet...

someone have the same issue?
Yes it's a known bug. The game doesn't recognize you have Horizons installed... Quit the game completely (with start --> quit game on the xbox menu) and relaunch...

This issue was (reportedly) fixed in the latest patch...issued yesterday. If it's still happening, either the patch didn't download or it's still an issue.

Yeah, I thought it was the game sharing issue that was fixed and *not* the actual Horizons license issue.

It was mentioned in the patch notes...fix for Horizons license issue...

I'll dig out a link in a minute :)

Edit: You're quite right....this is a snippet from the patch notes. I misread it as a license fix in general. I certainly haven't had the issue since the update...

''Hey guys,

We have an Xbox One specific update coming.

The servers will be down for Xbox One commanders for about 15-30 minutes from 4pm BST. The Download size s 172MB.''

''The patch notes are as follows...

Xbox Specific

- Fix Horizons privileges not being shared by Home User
- Fix "Psychedelic Tiles" graphical glitch''

it's not the same issue... before the patch, the text show these words : "you must have horizons to land on this planet"
now, the game don't permit to landing like that planet it's not a landfall planet...

I think it's a different (much more minor) bug.

I had this happen, but I still got the glide slope and was able to land normally. I just got the wrong text when leaving OC (too close vs. dropping from orbital).
