Any Metal-Rich planets? or is it random? There is a Metal-Rich planet in the Deciat system but i'm not sure if anyone has found Polodium on that yet. I am aware that it's very rare to get.

Polodium does not exist 
Polonium, however, should be present in Deciat (was it 6b?). Land at any engineer base and they now have a menu that tells you were you can find each material.

It's apparently a reward in some missions but as I am thousands of LY away looking for the rocking horse poop that is Polonium it's kinda irrelevant to me right now.
