Some tweets from Frankie Boyle this morning:

Still, at least we have put a stop to economic migration, by making the pound worthless.

And as Boris takes control, we finally understand that they wanted to control our borders so they could stop us from fleeing.

It's important to just accept the result and move on, possibly to another country.

Don't forget that we can restore the value of Sterling simply by buying pounds off each other. I'm offering 30p each.

This is a bad day. Not only is Trump coming to Scotland but we've voted away the European Court of Human Rights.

All you Brits who "donated" money to Star Citizen's development, it looks like you're going to be stuck with their new Terms of Service.

Age vote breakdown, from Lord Ashcroft. Pretty similar to our independence referendum spread.

Saddened by the result to be honest and the fact that the country seems to be lurching further right in political terms. Nice of Farage to come out and say after the vote that the promise of £350 million for the NHS was a load of nonsense.

Comparing Great Birtian to those insignificant countries is a bit silly.. Seriously, in five years time I foresee a strong independent UK with a vastly improved set of living standards and the EU crumbling into its self created pit of despair. They would deserve it. Germany and France have been no friend to us Brits over the years..

And perhaps the Greeks will now summon up the courage to leave too. For those guys its the only way they'll ever recover from what the EU has done to them. ;)

So, how's the new Golden Era going so far...

Nigel has said that the extra cash for the NHS was a bit of a fib. Well, actually a total lie
Up pops soon to be redundant MEP Hannan to say "actually, er, I made up all that stuff about it reducing immigration"
Biggest ever currency collapse ever, actually moving the UK to 6th place in the world after France.
Massive collapse of investments, wiping out over £100billion, probably causing instant poverty for those about to retire, and saddling younger people with even more years to work to make up the drop.
The UK aligns its political stance to the National Front of France
India decides it can get a better trade deal with us than it already has, as we are now a small island

It's just lunchtime. Way to go, good effort. This golden age has a massive debt to make up just to return us to where we were before the vote.

Not a surprise up here, though. The haste with which "the vow" from Project Fear was abandoned after our independence referendum has made us even more wary of such promises.

No EU...
Its gone I guess.

We need a new union something to protect human rights and to prevent world war 3... remeber thats what the EU was about at first?

Maybe a union that is less economical union , but one that preserves human rights.

That or the UN takes charge as we need to stand as one , not devided

With England lurching to the right and Scotland pulling to the left, I doubt if much will stop them tearing apart now.

Oh dear...
Thats how world war 2 started , just with more racism...

I have spoken to about nine or ten people in my work who voted no to independence who now say they want it, to stay in the EU and break from the increasingly right wing Britain. I've also found one person who voted yes, but voted leave, and says he'd not vote for independence now if it meant being dragged back into the EU. I think he's very much in the minority.

LOL! Switzerland and Norway had the same scare-talk to make them join the European Corporatist Union. The fears turned out to be hogwash. They're doing a lot better than the EU average.

Lies told to Norway before they rejected EU membership

a few clips of how Norway was told the same lies that are being told to the UK
