I've been looking for well over an hour. I don't have any more unexplored areas and google searches haven't been helpful. I know it's a planetary station but which planet is it on??? It's making me incredibly angry and frustrated!!!!

I have to turn in a mission there. It's in GD 319
Ok, so drop into the nav beacon. Look to your contacts to lock onto the actual nav beacon. Get close until it starts scanning and wait for about 20 seconds. Then check your navigation panel and you should see the station that you want. The station or planet won't show up if it's unexplored, so you could discover things in a system by scanning the beacon.

On my navigation panel there are no unknown areas and the nav beacon doesn't do anything
The funny thing is they won't show up as unexplored, it will just look empty. You have to drop out of super cruise (if you haven't already) then target the actual nav beacon via your contacts page. Get close, wait a bit (it won't notify you that it's complete or anything) and then look at the system map or just check the navigation page.

If that doesn't work, get an advanced discovery scanner, a bit pricy but it m8ght work. If you could wait till tomorrow I could wing up with you and see if I could help you figure it out. It's late for me now, but I'd be willing to help tomorrow. Also, it doesn't take a minute, maybe 30 seconds max.
