Nvida Issues..

I have an Alienware Area 51 duel Titans and in the past I have been using Nivida to optimize the settings. Now it says I cant do it. I have installed an Oculus Rift an had no luck in getting it to run on it. First my Oculus will not run in SLI and that is ok with me but now my ED is running with lower quality on my monitor. When I go to Nivida GeForce Experience and try to fix it wont do it. Need Help!!

I'm wondering why you just don't go into the game's graphical settings and adjust it all there.

Most likely a driver issue. Try uninstalling all the Nvidia drivers and reinstall after reboot. Possibly look at previous driver versions if the latest is causing issues, or obtain the drivers on the manufacturer website instead.

Just tried those thing and still no luck..I have looking at this all day and still now giving up. It would be nice if my Oculus would work on ED

GeForce experience stopped working after ED 2.1 dropped. Possibly it doesn't recognise the game now so can't optimise the settings. I uninstalled GE and just use the in-game graphics options now.

I haven't used GeForce experience for a long time as it disagrees with the game settings from time to time. And fails to optimise.

£1000 of graphics card and £500 of VR headset and you want to leave the optimisation to the press of a button? I'd suggest skipping GF Experience to start with.

Seeing such threads make me wish that firms like Alienware and such were never born. It's actually extremely easy (and much cheaper!) to build your own PC... of course, that's not an option if your arms, as we love to say here in Russia, grow from your "behind".

...anyway, as many already said, drop the GF Experience (its only use is for driver updates) and use game graphic settings.

For sure. You'll save about $1000 if you buy all the parts yourself and put them in a case. And then you don't get any bloatware either.
