Sadly there are none. Aisling does not offer ship or module discounts as part of powerplay.
Take a look at Li Yong-Rui systems which all offer 15% off for ships and modules. I recommend using eddb.io's station feature. You can query the system by ships sold, modules sold, and power allegiance. It also allows you to add a reference system to located shipyards close to you.
