Ok, good point, but I didn't really mean it as a personal attack, it's just I have no interest in PvP which is why I am in Mobius, if I'm honest I'm more angry with the ones today who did it because they were using modified weapons and I never went near them! They just attacked and attacked other human Cmdrs. It seems people are using this CG as a way of jumping into Open to target us, maybe you aren't doing that but it does seem odd that in one evening you were fighting for Imperial, then Federation, then Imperial again. Anyway, no personal attack intended but I did not fire on you on purpose and it must have only been a very brief hit. You can see that I never fired on you again, but lets leave it
That looks pretty clear cut to me. It might well be accidental (judging by the distance and orientation after Q takes incoming fire, I'd hazard a guess that R has turrets set to fire at will on that FAS) but Q is right, you don't take chances in that situation. Personally I might have left R adrift and bugged out after their drives went down, but that's just me. Otherwise it was a justified kill even within the rules of Mobius. An unfortunate misunderstanding maybe, but not against group policy.
You have to treat enemy CMDRs in a Mobius CZ as you would AI allies in a RES. If you tag one, even by accident, whatever happens next is on you.
Actually, if you are on opposing sides then the Mobius rules do permit him to attack you, even without forewarning you:

Inside Conflict Zones the following rules apply:
It is not allowed to attack a neutral player (a player not having chosen a faction)
It is not allowed to attack another player while being neutral (not having chosen a faction oneself)
It is not allowed to attack another player on the own chosen faction
Only if both players have actively chosen opposing factions may they engage in combat
It is not allowed to exit and enter a warzone in rapid succession for the sole purpose of targeting other players. Only if the wrong faction was chosen by mistake or by mutual agreement of the present players (For example in order for everybody to join the same faction).
This is the only time PVP is allowed.
Having said that at certain points today when the CZ was very busy and packed with players I saw what looked like commanders attacking players within the same faction. At the time I had not chosen a faction so everyone was green to me but I could see that they were aligned with the same factions as I scanned them. I found this very confusing and wondered if this was some kind of instancing bug plus there were simply to many player commanders in the CZ so I buggered off to another one.

recently started playing again after a computer upgrade and was wondering if there are any mining groups in mobius. I've started with my type 6, and have found It's pretty fun and relaxing now what with the collectors. Thinking about changing my type 7 into a pure mining vessel, with some mines of course, just for those pesky interdictions. If anyone wants to send a friend request for this, my CMDR name is in my sig. But just be forewarned, I'm still new to it, and have only made a few mil from mining so far. so I guess for the sake of RP or whatnot, maybe someone wants to take on an apprentice or some such.

The times you see most CMDRS in Mobius are in the trading CGs, you get some good interaction during those
Yep, CGs are always popular. You'll also find a fair number of CMDRs around the various Engineer bases at the moment, as well as the perennial favourite Shinrarta Dezhra if you have the permit.

Thank you for making the MOBIIUS play groups, have enjoyed it with my 1st account.I now have another account (CMDR TeaBagger Magoo) & requested access to MOBIUS (as I am in ASIA & play mostly with EU & ASIA CMDRs)...but nothing so far...when I go back I can request again & for a day or so it says something like request sent or something like that.
I was wondering if it is getting auto rejected or if I just needed to post message here.
No hurry as I am sure you are back logged with requests and managing the MOBIUS & MOBIUS PVE groups.

The rules for both Mobius and MobiusPVE are the same--no PVP outside of CZs, and even then there are certain rules about that.
Member of Mobius playing the Federation CG! I am trying a new tool out to calculate the transition boundaries between participation rewards. If you knew that another 10 tonnes or thousand creds bounty would put you into a higher Tier, you might just push for that extra run!

I watched the video 3 times... it fully collaborates her story. Yes she flashes red...she clipped you. Heck I can't count how many times I had to run from security forces because I accidently tagged one while fighting a pirate. I don't see anywhere where it indicates she was going after you or intentionally fired at you, infact I see the exact opposite, when you attack her she is fully engaged with a target so why would she attack you then not follow through as you'd clearly be the greatest threat? This whole mess is a clear misunderstanding and what sucks is has driven her to Solo.
I'm afraid that Mobius group has some problems, destroyed again by a wing of 3 Cmdrs , I only actually saw 2 of them but the display said Wing 2/3 . Pulled out of supercruise with no reason as I was heading to the station to start the CG. I won't be driven to Solo , it's meeting other Cmdrs that I enjoy, but I will simply stop playing the game. This is my first time back in game in over a week and within 10 mins I am attacked by Cmdrs. It's not Cmdr Mobius' fault it's the fault of pathetic low life players who simply want to ruin other people's games.
In my view Frontier need to make a new rule to help us out, make it against their rules to openly disregard groups rules. That way Mobius will have some support as the penalties will be more severe. I'll PM Mobius now but it all happened too quick to get a photo or video. This is so sad, I have no interest in PvP but it seems FDEV like to see players bullied
