Engineer Help

I'm going to The Blaster but when I go to the planet, the marker doesn't show up for Trophy Camp and I can't land.
I don't have an SRV which is the only thing I can think of causing it but I am a noob and could use any advice.

Can't land at the station or anywhere on the planet? Are you sure you are at the right place? If you don't use it already, I'd recommend checking out the INARA site:

If you could elaborate I'm happy to help to the best of my ability
Edit: you do not need an SRV to land on planets, just to ride the buggy ground side.

drop at nav beacon, select it in contacts, and scan it like a ship.

you got the invite for todd the blaster, don't you?

Yep, I've done all of that.
Got the invite, it auto bookmarked his location and plotted to it.

Definitely the right planet too.
I can find the planet easily but his base is groundside and I cannot see a marker for it to point towards.
I can see it in sys map, I can even select it but when it does, it just sets my waypoint as the planet itself.

I spent about an hour circling the thing with no sign of it.

Thanks for the link too. Seems a handy place.

Have you tried zooming in to the planet on the system map? Or try and select it from the navigation screen in your cockpit?

Yeah, that sounds like the next logical step. On another note, this is a longshot but OP, have you made sure to log in under horizons and not base ED?

This would be my question. Is your horizons access working ok? (there have been bugs in the past with this). Can you select and land on other planetary settlements without problems?

This was the problem. I wasn't in through Horizons! I'm an idiot.
