Signed up. By the time the expedition starts I'll have already done quite a few haulage trips to Jaques in a modded anaconda, hauling meta alloys. I figure it'll be a nice change of pace to take the corvette, plus, huge multicannons might come in handy if FD introduce an alien threat while we are enjoying the scenery :)

Currently halfway between the Dumbell Nebula and Omega Nebula, but may turn back again to join in the fun!
Not sure what roles to state though - am mostly an explorer, but have a mining laser, some fuel limpets, a load of meta-alloys, some first aid kits and one ton of Waters of Shintara (that well-known Speffing Mistale...)

See you out there - I proposed calling the route 'The Hump' by the way. Not as glamorous as some, but gets the idea across!

Count me in, I'm about 16 kly out on my way home from Distant Worlds atm, once I've cashed in all that sweet, sweet data I'll be hurriedly building an explorapython just for this trip.

Of course i have to return to the bubble to outfit it since im returning from beagle point :)
and my two ideas for the route: -galactic highway and route of life(since we're trying to save them).

@Qohen Leth - Could you make a more simplistic version of the expedition logo for a patch? The one you have is beautiful, but would be horribly expensive to create.

I am thinking a more symbolic or idealized station on a solid background color that doesn't violate the inner perimeter of the wording.

Don't get me wrong, I love the one you came up with, but it would run to $20 or more because of the complexity.

Sounds like fun, I signed up but haven't decided on a ship name. Also, I entered +18 for central time zone which is usually noted as -6.

If FD was feeling clever, they could make a CG out of it and have us haul stuff there. My cutter (which I plan to bring) has plenty of room. Though I'll be removing a bit of cargo space for repair units.

just a side note.. if you really want to make it here just 20h will do it with a ship full of cargo XD

tho i might just go back an change to a Exploration Miner Ana next week. as it seems thats whats most useful to Jaque.
PS: High FSD Wake Scanning all day long here atm. XD
