I disagree, as far as a flagship goes, that would be the Cobra MkIII. Despite in Elite Dangerous it being over 300 years old (Elite was set in 3000 and ED 3300), it has to be in the game otherwise it is not "Elite". The Eagle could be explained away for not being in the game, but not the Cobra MkIII.
