Like the title, premium beta will be alpha 4.03 or there are more features?(what?) or only some bug fix?

More like alpha 4.04, it has already big list of bug fixes reported for beta 1.0 release.
No expect new content right out the bat. That would come around E3 (my guess, at least that's what FD hinted at).

Unknown, but this one speculates it will be 4.03 plus more space and updated art assets. 4.03 seems stable, now testing for more people online.
Hi there, as far as I am aware we have no idea what Premium Beta will entail... At the least I'd expect 4.0.3 + bug fixes... but who knows....

Yeah, the first Beta phase build is most likely going to be Alpha 4.04 (or more accurately Alpha 4.03 with bug fixes and some optimisation) as Pecisk says. First job of Beta is going to be stress-testing the instancing, networking and p2p functionality which will need us all in the same area with the same features as in Alpha 4 to provide consistancy of tests and results. Don't expect anything other than the main Alpha 4 features for at least 2 or 3 weeks or until they stop the net code screaming for the bad people to stop.

yeah actually there wouldnt be any need for a character reset except new things are introduced which most likely will **** up any progress made so far.
I heard a rumour that cake will be added.
Actually many many reason for resets, but primarily character data storage changes (considering the hacking happing) and Frontier recording player progression metrics for balancing are likely.
Premium Beta could be totally rebuilt but look identical. We just don't know
Can you imagine the noise from the PB backers if they started to play in their sidewinders with a single pea shooter with the alpha backers flying around in anacondas?
Can an Anaconda actually scoop a sidewinder up and sell it on the black market.
lol this would be excellent idea in terms of you own an anaconda/lakon traveled into darkness for days on end and park up the conda and get in your cobra/sidewinder and shimmy out the back to fly a recon mission around said new undiscovered planet/asteroid belt.
Tell that to my poor Lakon T9 who was still getting hits from a dastardly pirate outside Azeban even after I docked.
Had to log out or I'm sure he would have destroyed my ship.
