Patch Notes Update 2.1.05 update incoming

Hi.

I am sorry for this newbish question but how do I update the game? I would also like to know for the future.

My original purchase was from Steam (CMDR Deluxe Pack with ED, Horizons and Skins Pack) and it downloaded all the files but since then I always used launcher without Steam.

When I start my launcher there is only PLAY option and when I go ingame it starts but with msg "outdated............". When going "Options -> Check for Updates it says "Game is up to date".

Regarding not updating.

Changed to alternate download method, closed launcher and started again.

Options -> Validate game files, large update (saying about 5 minutes at 30+ Mb/second).

Will report back when complete.

Complete - still told client is too old.

There are people already talking about what the scanner tells you about planetside micro materials - either they are lying or the patch is live somewhere.

I'm in the US and having the same problem. Verify game files appears to force an update, but still can't connect due to client too old error.

Give it time, my launcher says "Down for server maintenance"
I'm jonesing for space as well.

Please Help! My Launcher is doing it AGAIN!

Hey everyone.

Everytime there is an update, my Launcher refuses to see it. I have gone into options and click Check Game Updates, it tells me everything is up to date but it is not. So, I have to reinstall. It has done this since the 2.1 update/upgrade.

My Stats:

Win 7
AMD fx6300
16 gb ram
SSD
geforce gtx 970

I really don't want to reload again. Thanks!

Its a thin line between pulling someone out of frameshift and attacking to repeatedly pulling them out to just keep killing them. Or the off told classic standing outside a station to just shoot CMDR's.

I support the combat log ban. Combat loggers need to be punished for cheating. It could be shown in their public reputation. Such as combat logged X amount of times.

But how do the combat logging police spot deliberate actions from dropped connections due to wifi/hub/router/isp glitches?
