i am kinda lost atm.. Just came back form Barnards loop, repaired and restocked at Obsidian, now in merope cruising around on 1B.
Dont even know what im looking for.. Spent last 3 weeks in deep space, seeing a space station was a complete cultural shock.
I think im going back home, my Empire rep is down to 75%. Going to fix that, get me some ranks as well maybe.
Yes, i gave up, for now.. Besides, i think my faction needs me.

I feel like it is my duty to say this to you before its too late. I would heartily recommend that each and every commander visits the Engineers. Make you're ship strong, nasty and nimble. Cargo isn't an issue here. Have at least one ship ready to run from unknown hostiles.
There is a distinct possibility that we will ALL need to run to safety. After seeing the build-up towards Merope Militarily and the rate that things are progressing at... I honestly think that some brave souls will need to make the long trip back to the bubble to further investigate the mystery of the UA's and UP's.
We have a new rendezvous point in Jaques if it gets really nasty. However, travelling there in a 17ly ship is not going to be pleasant. So prepare yourselves.
Its good to be prepared. And Ol Gypsy? where will he be? Right behind you. All the way. YOU HAVE MY BACK COMMANDERS. Ill be there when no one else is.
It really is something to remember. Even though WE might want to make first contact- what are the other idiots going to do? The powers that be? They aren't us... And they might make a mistake far greater than us blowing up barnacles.

Also rethink the criteria for barnies,, 1.42 g maybe the highest so far.. and also opens up many other planets as possibilities!.. i've seen many i've discounted due to high G!

Me and a friend could use a hand hunting for UPs in Xbox...
Someone should really add the info clarifying today's patch notes about the UP audio to the front page so people stop bringing it up (or rather, so that when they do we can just use the canned 'read the front page' response instead of reiterating it). 
You can count on my mighty Imperial Clipper being there too
Suspect the convoys were to wet our appetite & the UP USS may have just gone in with today's update. I also suspect they have been surprised by the rapid success the sonogram to date.
Add "frontpage with summary" in the title of this thread ? : )

While on my way to the restaurant at the end of the universe, we heard "NHE Cargo secure. On route to designated co-ordinates for orbital testing. " on space pirate radio 4.
It seems NPCs know more than we do...
Designated Coordinates might be just a filler but, makes me wonder, can any such data be retrieved by scanning the ships carrying UPs?
and Orbital Testing seems to me like the most important tip in there, and along with whatever NHE means, is likely the main reason to put that comm chatter there in the first place (or its just a way for players to track the right convoys and im overthinking it as usual..
I cant wait for the next breadcrumb, this is just not enough data or not enough context to put that in for my brain, so after disproving all my ideas i end up posting the silliest questions that i cant test by myself so i can get some sleep lol..

I saw something similar also at 0,0 except for me it was a straight line not a corner. Assumed it was either the shadowline or a glitch.... seeing this makes me think it is a glitch

Im a smuggler, a ghost, im sneaky, i can fight a single spaceship if i need to. I'd rather get the hell out..
But fighting a Elite convoy, is suicide my friend.. What i can do is snatch the UP, and get the hell out, hell, they might didn't even notice me doing it..
But fighting, a whole convoy, that's not for me.. lol
