Wow, well done CMDR Frawd! Welcome home! :D

I didn't realise that you'd completed your epic journey until I saw to your post in a Jaques thread, and then I panicked and thought something must have gone wrong.

I check this thread at least every week or so, but I must have got distracted by other things, I'm sure you were still far far away last time l looked.

I'll get up to date on your adventures ASAP.

Totally amazing that you made it to Beagle and back in a little sidie without the range to make it. Right on commander o7

Thanks Cmdr...it is a pleasure being back in the bubble (really). I have consolidated all of my ships (6) to Abraham Lincoln Station above Earth in Sol. I have been "practicing" using srvs...they really are a blast!

And soon I will be heading to Jaques with the August Exodus, 2nd Fleet

Well done commander I'm glad you got back safe and sound. I'll miss reading about your adventures. How's it feel to be back, were you nervous about docking after all that time on the black, I know I get a bit nervous after just a few weeks of exploring :)

Thanks Cmdr...I am enjoying my time in the bubble, although I am really looking forward to heading out to Jaques on Monday. I was definitely nervous docking for the first time in over 8 months (even though I had practiced the docking training mission).

OK I know I'm 2 weeks late but damn Frawd. Glad you have you and the Sidey back in mostly one piece! Did you already have the burn party for your clothes, the seat cover, the toilet seat, the      carpet, the fridge, etc?

Needed the whole cleaning crew at Abraham Lincoln Station (Sol) to fumigate her (and the landing bay)...two weeks in the showers for me has just started to remove the smell.

But tomorrow night I'm heading out to Jaques in slightly more luxury...my Orca Lucifer's Palace. :)

Lol, I was very surprised to see this thread bumped :eek:

Since early September I have been out at Jaques but am now heading back to the bubble cos I really want to see the alien crash site and alien ruins!

I'm planning an exploration mission looking for same out in the black, some time later this year.

I unlocked lvl5 FSD upgrades this week and I've got most of the mats now, so I'm keen to get home quick after work today and roll the dice on my ASP(HMS Rubber Ducky). Should be able to get to Beagle Point in about 7 jumps after that. :D

So you gonna dump that big balloon you're riding in and grab yourself an ASPX? They're such a joy to explore in. Go on, treat yourself! :p

I'm still deciding on whether to take my Asp or get an Anaconda (something I have never owned). I won't be heading out until some time in December...mostly because I believe Way Point 24 for DWE is set for early December ???
