I'd like some help though, a couple others taking the same path I am and maybe a few others going towards California. We can find out pretty quick if this theory is correct or at least some big sectors to rule out for free floaters.

I started doing this exact thing myself last night. Heading from edge of shell to Witch Head 4-5 ly at a time. Covered about 20 systems and am loitering a bit at 250 ly from Merope. I'll cover some more ground later.

I can't edit my own post because I've just registered but I meant Pleione 11A, not 11C.

Sooo, the Feds are looking to take Pleiades Sector IH-V c2-16 away from the Empire...anyone want to lay bets that it could be another Barnacle system?

hang on are you saying you found UA as far out as 251 LY? Trying to decipher your chart

Interesting that the Feds go nuts about a single system where the Empire has access to Barnacles and immedately is practically starting a war with the Empire to gain control of it?! Where will that one lead?! :S

So I split out the animated gif into its 6 frames, and created new images using Minimum, Median and Mean (each is commonly used for image cleaning). There isn't as much improvement as I was hoping. yeah there are barnacles here, capital ships, an imperial and federation base, and wreckage strewn about. might be worth bringing a scarab and having a lookee (only so much i could see zooming past in a Courier, might go back for my asp)
