The lines in the central diagram, being the sphere the main molecule and looking at the lines as depicted in the image I posted as well.

I'm not saying this was a clue from the spectrogram, I said it raised my hype and I decided to give it a go, but was just pure guessing, or luck, whatever you want to call it.

I thought we were talking about the symbol on the barnacles, looking like the ammonia molecule.

I don't think the teaser video is really related to the coded message in terms of the nebula it is showing in the background. I don't think it's location matters at all to be honest.

The system in the message is pretty much 100%

2 asteroid belts, 3 ringed Gas giant, of which one of them has ammonia based life making it glow green.

At this point in time I'm not sure there is much else to do as far as the whole alien mystery is concerned until the 28th.

Perhaps the probe image relates to the gas giant in that system.

But other than that it's now a waiting game.

There is a heavy military presence at PRE Logistics Support Gamma military outpost, much worse than last I was here. At least 6 security ships at the outpost proper. Apparently because of a war recently in the system. Reading the local news feed an interesting article keeps popping up, the latest one. It is speaking of destroying a capital ship but the name of the invading force missing. It is either a game bug, or redacted by galnet -

Edit: Also interesting is an Alliance faction present, both them and the feds are asking for gigantic donations on the mission boards.

I'm wondering if the spaces on the last line (also transcribed by you) are important or can be ignored. Makes totally different numbers if ignored. I still can't match them up with anything either way. Need more data!

That's true. There were definite pauses in the audio, but maybe they're not meant to be separators. Would make a big difference in meaning if not, as you say.

What we really need is a new recording of a wild UP somewhere else, to see what differences and commonalities there are.

I think you'll find that most, if not all of the new outposts talk about expanding into their new system one way or another. I'm fairly confident that the reason there's blanks in the messages is because there is no one currently controlling the system.

There is one Alliance system nearby when all the rest are feds so I'm guessing it may be something to do with them.
