how is it ridiculous ? you see if there was a reason for doing it like trying to take over that system for your faction in a war then fair enough i would move to another system and find other means of playing, but your not your just doing it to stop people playing the game how they want.

Im going to Do a few runs of Meta alloys 1200 should do the trick. Bring it on. Try to shut sothis down. You cant take out the sothis mining outpost. I will keep bringing meta alloys.

If the casual gamers need Sothis and Ceos, then father are most definitely not playing the game correctly. Nobody NEEDS these systems. It's a choice to use and there are at least 20 other ones.

I have a question regarding this caper.
What percent of the pilots delivering UA's to Sothis, presumably to take the cash factory offline, are actually loading up with courier missions while they are at Sothis?

None, because we don't have the cargo capacity. Our holds can carry a maximum of 18 in a conda, 14 in python and 12 in clipper

All depends on the reaction.
I have been at Sothis for less than a week. This is all new to me. I found a grand total of 5 of such missions, THREE of them alone today. Two from the station, one from Sothis Mining (outpost). I did not complete that one yet. It's worth 5.7 millions for docking in Ceos. Will do it after the kids are tucked in bed, and from Ceos I will return to the Bubble for another 10 or 12 millions (just need one or two missions to fill the hold).
This is all serious work, but less boring than regular trading for 1 or 2 millions per hour. With my cash I will buy a Python, I will buy a Vulture and hunt bounties, and I will eventually visit Beagle Point.
you know what makes me laugh is you say all this dead serious like this is your job

That's what bothers me most, now we even have the xbox kid crowd trying to spoil a [wonderful] game which is aimed to outlive the current version of their console for long..
Would you think the xbox is still around when Season 4 or 5 arrives? I don't, i would assume the kids moved on to the next 'cool' thing to do, whatever that may be [possibly 'growing up'?]

I would love for this game to be cross platform so I could hunt this guy. But that's not the case so I might have to contract it with a assassin.

Yh i think not many games have the potential to be truly great if they was cross platform, however Elite would be an exception, just like most sports games, and would work out well on a cross platform level..
It's just the way it is currently handled that bothers me.. People from a parallel universe [or galaxy in this case] directly influencing ours.. now if anybody had Contacts into said parallel galaxy, this could turn out great ^^]

The 'malfunction' effects on Ceos station exterior isn't because the station was UA bombed [unless i'm missing something], it is because the station is still under construction - or at least was when i visited it last time..
Check if it still has these HUGE engines on the back of the station, if so, i am sure you still see the 'space-welding' effects.

"Not playing the game correctly"? The option is there to use hi-value mission stations, for us all to use and take advantage of; but you feel and think differently. You are stating that they should not be in the game, not be an option to make a few easy credits. No disrespect but you are close to baiting now and you are definitely determined to ruin the game for others.
At the start of this 'sham' I defended your actions on the grounds that it was valid game play; but you are making it more than that. You are making it your mission to upset posters here and ruin game play for the many. You also seem to be focusing especially the newer and casual players. As I have said before; you have made all the credits you need, no doubt using the same type of stations and one time or another and now, you are bored.

Considering that 'pc master race' is about the "technical superiority" of the pc over consoles, and you didn't read any of that in my post, i think you might have a little complex in that regard?
To clarify: i wrote that Elite could actually function well if it was TRUE cross platform.. Nothing about 'superior input methods' or 'latency' or anything, hell i'm currently flying with a PS4 controller myself..
It's not just xbox that bothers me in Elite, it's the same with private/solo.. I'm cool with those modes, but not with the way the same galaxy is shared..
i would love to have an open galaxy shared with xbox 'open' players, as long as REAL player interaction would be possible as well.. you know, the more players, the merrier...
I am almost allied with Sirius corporation already. Ceos is down, Sothis is not. You can farm your rep all you want.
