(speaking french here) you mean there is no fan direct on the cpu? ok.
Intel used to supply a stock heatsink and fan in the box with their processors (if you purchased the retail box processor).
They no longer do.
You will need to purchase a CPU cooler (generally a heatsink-fan combo; but there are also water coolers and whatnot).
I noticed heat go high of my i7 2700 and graphic card when I put some graphic in high. Do you recommend I add a cooling system with the corsair 540 case and all is fans for my future PC?
I'm not terribly familiar with the case but looking at it, it has spots for 6 fans so I would put in 6 fans. Two on top and one in back blowing out, and three in front blowing in.
If you are having high heat problems there can be two causes.
1) the heatsink/cooler on the CPU is insufficient.
2) the air circulation for the case is insufficient.
Really appreciate all your info from VR perspective, many PC retailers will say you don't need that 32GB or other stuff, but they have no idea how VR is demanding
It's not so much an issue of "need" as it is cost/benefit analysis. The move from 16GB to 32GB is inexpensive, and leaves the door open for future upgrades.
If RAM prices were higher, or your budget very tight, my suggestion might be different.
