Max jump distance...

I had an Exploraconda for a while, fitted with all D spec and not much else. I had it doing about 42LY from memory. But as things have changed (or at least appear to be) I never go exploring without guns now, and lots of them.

So 42 is my best.

70-80LY sounds about right to me. I could set up my ananconda with a jump range of about 41LY without any mods, so adding 50% for a level 5 engineered FSD would take that up to 62LY.

Should be possible to get more range on top of that by using components engineered to be low mass, probably another 10-15LY range with the right rolls.

an 41 ly anaconda is already totally stripped down, so there is nothing to engineer lightweight on it.

+50% = 61 ly ... probably some percent more for additional max fuelusage and fancy secondary effect. make it 63-64 ly.

for record breaking numbers check this thread: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php/261356-Post-your-Jump-Range

(i don't see any post above 60 ly in there)

IIRC the best is just over 62 Ly in a stripped conda with a near perfect roll.

So with jumponium, that'd be 124 Ly max - you could make it from Sol to Barnard's Loop in ~10 jumps. And jump right past that wicked Col 70 sector. Crazy.
