So I have a question about thruster optimal mass...

I made a build on Coriolis for the DBX, that puts it below the optimal mass for the thrusters... Perfectly flyable', just took out some fuel tanks and kept lightweight bulkheads.

My question is, would doing this have any effect on the agility of the ship? I don't have the funds to actually buy it, so I'm hoping someone in the know can provide light.
