Do I go down for a laugh or is that just suicide?
How much gravity is too much?
I'm scared!
I'm 2,500 LY out and don't really want to explode!!
Can't see the picture because imgur is blocked on my work PC but if it's anything under 9.75 go for it.
If it's over 9.75, go for it anyway but tell us where it is too because I'll be able to break my record![]()
I think he's referring to 9.75G's, not earth masses.It's 21.7 earth masses for those who aren't able to see the pic.
I say drop out of SC in high orbit and see how fast and how quickly you start falling.
That should give you an idea of how crazy the decent might be.
You can always boost back out to SC at that point.
and please share the location... i want to try it!![]()

if my math is right (and there's a good chance it isn't), it should be about 7.1G's
its a bit of a way out, roughly 2500 LY from the bubble. BLEAE THUA RC-K C22-16
I had a little fun with it, after exiting Glide I was falling fairly quickly! I had to quickly switch on my distributor (which I probably should have done sooner!) and then boost up and out again. What a rush! Pressure really stacks when you know that you cant just select rebuy!
Sounds like this find didn't break any records but its my personal best.

I shouldnt do this on a friday evening but I think with that radius and mass you end up with a gravity of 22.041m/s, which is about 2.25g. If anyone wants a shot at it, its
g=(G*mass (in kg)/radius(in meters)^2)/9.8.
G=6.67*10^-11, mass and radius are in the screeny.![]()
