Just Ran into Some Green NPCs (is this them?)

I just ran into a some Green NPCs. They had green lights and green paint jobs. They were scooping up a bunch of UAs and some other stuff like prototype tech and encrypted data storage. They talked about Palin and conspiracies.

They showed up in a mission specific assassination mission (though the target did not show up :mad:) The mission was to kill a scientist.

Check images 5 and 6, your target was there.

The python in pic 5 was not my mission target. Pic 6 just shows the USS. I know I dropped into the mission USS. But the mission target was not there. I scanned all of the ships in the area.

It may be a teaser to what may happen on the 28th, but I do find it extremely interesting that they have so many Alien items. ''All scans with parameters'' I found interesting since they seem to be doing what the ''Cannon Research Group'' are doing. Might it be just the game mimicking the player base maybe.?

I didn't report it. Guess I could though. My point with this post was more about the green bounty hunter that we're supposed to be looking for.
