Looks like the Cmdr Logan Kohl I saw

The message is a mission message players cannot send to players.

And if it was a non FDev employee sppofing us, how did they know to use Logan?

Since there are still some CMDRs here arguing that it was all a hoax, I think I should post this here (and I hope CMDR Phantom Azuma is ok with it)

CMDR Phantom Azuma was around Cail over an hour ago, saying he also got the message and took screenshots .

I hope we can all agree now that this message is the real deal and that we should try to bring Mr Kohl his narcotics and wait for another clue.

Well, rizal, I'm challenging the alpha here, but the reflections can be just an artifact of taking a picture from a camera, of the already modified image in photoshop. They don't add the reflections, 0 skills needed for that, the camera taking the picture does it.

I'm with you here, ilo. This could so easily be faked. Especially as there are two soucres with similar wording. But only one of those soucres mentions providing narcotics for more clues...

There have since been more sources added that confirm this is legit, including a video.

its like I suspected from the first (phone-taken) screenshots, Red Trader is only appearing to Xbox players. How can we bring him Narcotics? rush out and buy an Xbox?.

As stated above:Sightings on both PC and XBox have been made.

You and dynamicbob have a lot in common. I've only ever seen you guys come here to snidely remark that ''people aren't doing it properly'', but without ever having added anything of your own.

It's easy to criticise other's work when you don't have anything to put on the line, isn't it?

I just saw it now, but in the screenshot the targeted low-wake is from a CMDR Logan Khol, not Kohl.

Very strange. How could this happen?

I don't think this is the case, but is it possible you had to complete all of the previous steps/hints to get Kohl to show up? Can anyone who did see him confirm whether or not they went to all of the pre-logistics stations? Did anyone do all that and still not see him?

Either way, going by it on PC, you can search both Kohl and Logan Kohl on friend search and they both come up, yes Phantom had the image saying Khol at a point, but to see both Kohl and Logan Kohl appear on a mere search bar it could possibly denote that both are player controlled, but again, it's merely a speculation, not concrete but surely something to look at.

You both should check the new Video and Images evidences then
They are on the FP now.

They are becoming too many evidences, IMHO...

the herd have spoken its legit, and if not it is still a red herring, so apadamak is the real deal , so whatever happens there is more important to the actual mystery anyway

No it is not, it is faked, check the names of the inbox message and the name of the cmdr.. the H is displaced.

We met the Trader in the Red Type 9 as the message said, he just suffered a rapid unplanned disassemblly and decompression before we could bribe him with narcotics
