I know this might seem a disorganised gaggle, but TBH i'd have it no other way. We've been so conditioned into 'Go to A, do A, go to B do B' sorts of quests anything chaotic seems wrong.

The reality of what happened today is far more natural. People missing out, wrong information, wild goose chases, pure speculation and the occasional nugget of truth.

Instead of being sheep, wanting stuff spoon fed, enjoy the journey no matter how chaotic.

So bravo FD, and thank you for giving up your weekend it's been a blast and long may it continue

it doesn't clarify if it is going to be:
- Kohl (trader, yes, but where does it say it has cargo?)
- Granger
- Dillon
- Other (aka: alien ship undercover)

It is a logic puzzle, incomplete sentences should not be taken as facts. When I said this everybody answered: oh, but Granger hangs around apademak, so the message means it is Dillon.

So, right now I'm wondering, was Kohl carrying cargo? did anyone scanned him?

There are no pulsars in the game (yet), only neutron stars. Which make Dillon most likely the liar.

I agree with your views CMDR. I like the way FD is handling this. They are knowingly making things difficult cause they don't want this to be a solo hunt. They want the whole community to get together as the fine CMDRs here at Cannon are doing. I bet everybody ranting on not meeting the targets wont want to have a 1v10 confrontation with the aliens.

So, looking at the clue from the ad-hoc CG: It says that he was last seen in Pic Tok AND that he returns each day at three pm. So, could that mean he will be there tomorrow at three pm?
Also, since he always lies:
Rocky planet = Icy Planet
Latitude 34 = Longitude 34
Binary pulsars = Single M-star

So, this looks like it will take more than one day. Makes sense, as that will give us time to sort out this debacle.
Now, just waiting for the 21:00 clue and then work on theories.

I think there was an Xbox cmdr and a PC cmdr. In the Xbox screenshots the name on the low wake target is misspelt, probably because they had to use two accounts.

There is definitely someone at FD with a spot of dyslexia- witness some of the Galnet posts & mission messages (& what sometimes comes out of my keypad is certainly not what I thought I'd typed in)
So a typo in setting up two accounts (PC & XB) seems believable
