Also if you try to add CMDR Logan Khol to your friend's list nothing shows up, but CMDR Logan Kohl is there.

I think the Xbox misspelling is just proof that the CMDR is programmed into the game, and not a real person. I think Frontier just botched the spelling.

that and the xbox misspelling and a few other holes many others are starting to poke at. But allant could be right 2 fake kohls and a real one ( which begs more questions)

Then I saw the video, that you can already see on the FP. It is taken in game, and shows the inbox message.

In that persons screenshot yes, but oddly enough others have also put forth pictures and it's not been there, plus a video has been posted scrolling through the entire message, there still has to be some weight to it, even if a little.

edit: I genuinely think people have noticed the typo and have LATCHED onto it hard because the event was pretty underwhelming. It comes from a place of people not wanting it to be the real deal because it was a bit boring and lame.

its like I suspected from the first (phone-taken) screenshots, Red Trader is only appearing to Xbox players. How can we bring him Narcotics? rush out and buy an Xbox?

I think there was an Xbox cmdr and a PC cmdr. In the Xbox screenshots the name on the low wake target is misspelt, probably because they had to use two accounts.

Just to clarify, I'm not saying the message is fake. I'm talking about faked pictures or not. I can't tell if pictures are faked, I believe they are not, but I can see there is either mismatches or typos, I don't think they are typos. I'm not saying the pictures have been faked - they could have been - I'm saying the current PLOT with the current T9 might have been hijacked.

i think most of us are just trying to make sure that solving the mystery means we are using correct information from the getgo and not using misinformation to build a case, things could be sticky, if all the info is proven correct then we are on the right path with future clues etc

I think Khol is Kohl on Xbox.

Sorry but I disagree: we have both Scully and Mulder here, and it's fine as it is.

You call for proofs, and we have at least 15 different images from different sources (all fakes?!) and a VIDEO.
We know for sure that FD makes tons of spelling mistakes everywhere in the Game.

For me it's 90% Scully here.
