Seems legit, wasn't Dilton the one talking about binary pulsars (note the plural)? I had an issue with that because pulsars aren't even fully in game yet, and a binary set of neutrons (the closest equivalent) is microscopically rare.

No they just gate content incrementally such that you don't do anything but unlocking gates just to find another one. Who on earth believes that this is good design of anything, or even fun?

Yes, this. What the hell were people expecting?! They literally said "The hunt starts at the 28th". Starts. As in, it won't conclude untill later. So yeah, the culmination of this hunt will very probably coincide with the release of 2.2.
Seriously, anybody that expected MAJOR THRGOIDS APOCALYPSE N STUFF today really should get a grip. I hear people being disappointed, referring to the shots of alien ships interrupting Braben's interview. It only stands to reason adding major game assets like that would only take place
in a major update, i.e. when 2.2 drops.
I don't know about you guys, but I had fun today just following this thread and all the tinfoil theories, watching some Twitch streams of people that were on site, and just the general buzz surrounding all of this.
Come 2.2, I think more spectacular events will be waiting and I for one am fine with that.

guys, i feel so disappointed by this date.

maybe it's my mistake... but hey... i feel like i wasted 2 hours tonite.

Agree in part on Dillon, I think we will find some half truths in there as well so it could be we are looking for one of a binary pair of ice planets, i am also thinking rather than 2 parts it will be 3, perhaps 1 a week.

So next week we will find out from kohl more of what dillon is lying about and possibly other planet types from Granger, then the week after the final clues if nothing has been found by then

So...just give you all secrets right away? People didn't mind decrypt UP/UA, nevermind they follow same logic. Anyone expecting this to be done within a day....like why?

i've almost circumnavigated that rocky moon at 34 lat, lots of spawns, but nothing that shouldn't been there. now I have to do it at -34 lat? gah this will take a week
