we are breaking the underground economy with this CG. The more it goes on, the longer (and more dangerous) getting these things is going to be. Be careful out there commanders.

We figured out a few things. The numbers at the bottom are octal representations of the phrase "COL70s" , the morse code at the top says Peace, and the paper is folded in the shape of a Thargoid ship. The symbol in the bottom right is the symbol for the constellation Taurus and the symbol on the right is the Algiz rune that like refers either to the Algiz system or the constellation Corvus. Furthermore we also found out that the COL 70 sector is entirely permit locked by an "unknown permit"

I think Dillon is lying about the binary pulsars, but not the latitude. Thats my best guess, and it doesn't push things much further if its the cause. add this with the info about the other system and maybe we're onto something (maybe being the operative word here.)

Heading towards the Pleiades to grab some Meta-Alloys (for stuffs) and I noticed this star pattern matches the pattern on the paper. It's not as clear as I'd hoped but you can make out the important stars.
Now the issue we had was orientation, but hopefully this SC gives you place to start working from and perhaps you can extrapolate from there?
Also, an off the cuff thought is we all suspected the Taurus Constellation to be what's referenced in the bottom left, but isn't there a Taurus Nebula or sonething on those lines?? I dunno, that was just what I thought as I typed this.
Edit: Apologies, I thought my current system was displayed not the target system. I was in Pleiades Sector RC-Q B5-2 when I took these images
Edit2: Also there is a Taurus Dark Region which can be aligned to make several stars match the patter. I'll grab a SC of that too
