I actually thought FD would run the three community goals at the same time, knowing you could not complete all of them, hoping you had solved the riddle on who is telling lies so you gamble on two CGs only with the risk of losing a clue (assuming it could be gotten later on).
That would have been an epic twist
There could still be multiple twists depending on how they prepared the rest of the clues.
So far, the only thing I don't like about this event is that the leads were not riddles to solve but actual time and place information, followed by a CG. What I liked about it is the boost it gave to people interacting with each other. I met a lot of commanders winging up or even using discord for the first time.
If FD considered the newcomers who didn't have the experience to attend a more complicated event and made things this simple, then hats off to them. I couldn't have thought such inexperienced players showing such interest in this kind of thing.
On the other hand, two days of winging in open and then attending a CG is enough experience for every noob to consider themselves an average player. Now they should let the actual puzzle be revealed.

Can't rep you again but yes - I had suspected the 3 CG would run simultaneously and the descriptions would contain clues we were supposed to read to pick the right 2 of 3. Guess not!

With the way this is going there is potential for at least 1 more cg after the initial set for each character.
With the first set of clues which we now have it is possible but unlikely to find the system we are looking for
I suspect this next set will give us more details about the system but not necesarily the location in the galaxy or location on the planet
While the final set will allow us to find precisely where it is.
So Kohl will probably correct Dillons information
Dillon more information about planets in system
Granger - the system he woke up in? or nearby system types
Next set
Kohl again corrects Dillon telling us what we need to do to fix coordinates
Dillon final set of information giving location on planet
Granger - Sector of space.
Though it is possible they could mix up what information people give
If there is 1 cg per week 6 weeks leading up to mid October just before 2.2 drops but the potential for one of us to find it earlier

I hope the word "Sun," in Grangers' statement doesn't mean we've spent all this time winging it in the deep yonder before grinding it with the CG only to find that we've been looking for the sol system all along.
no, sun is a generic astronomic term. A star is a sun if it is at the center of a planetary system. otherwise it is a star. um... yeah

Nowt much to do with current stuff, but I did not realise there were bases adjacent to Maia in Pleiades Sector ih-v c2-16, it doesn't show when you use the Allegiance filter.
Has two bases :
- Pre Laboratory
- Tii Research Facility
And 3 Factions :
- Pleaides Resource Enterprise (which we all know about from P.R.E.-Gamme etc...) [Federation]
- Merope Expeditionary Fleet [Empire]
- The Ant Hill Mob [Independent]
God knows what "Tii" is, Tii Research Facility is PRE owned though.

It can only be our because there is only the Solar System, you couldn't have their Solar System. Both our and the is correct.
Yeah, Til was set up by the Empire, and Pre set up by the Feds. Then we had a CG where we went to war over them, the Feds won (
) and after that the PRE took control of both of them. I think there is still an Imp capital ship near Til though (was last time I looked)
